Taking place just after the first day’s workshops, this special welcome reception will allow you to meet your fellow attendees and speakers over drinks and delicious finger-foods. Exchange business cards, set-up meetings and site visits for the coming week in Beijing.

EXPERT LUNCH- MONDAY, NOVEMBER 8

Join a table discussion led by our speakers and other experts in the China & Asia clinical development field. Each table at lunch will have a specific theme for discussion, covering all aspects of the clinical development industry in China and Asia. This lunch will give you the opportunity to more personally interact with our speakers and experts on topics directly of interest to you.

OFF-SITE VISITS TO LOCAL HOSPITAL - MONDAY NOVEMBER 8

You’ve come all the way to China- make the most of your trip! By attending our pre-arranged off-site visits, you will see firsthand the state-of-the-art and GCP/ICH compliant facilities in Beijing. Participating in the off-site visit is free for all registered attendees and will be limited to 30 people. Transportation is provided.
